HELP THE BOYS INITIATIVE

CEO Hitlab Studio
My name is Ladayo Bello. I am the CEO of Hitlab Studio, where we create magic! If you’re familiar with the Hitlab brand, over the years, we’ve made it our mission to elevate creative minds and provide a platform for photographers, videographers, dancers and anybody in the creative space to build their brands and succeed.
With Hitlab Academy & Hitlab Studio itself, I have had so much first hand experience watching young people start their careers in multimedia and use Hitlab as a stepping stone as they advance in their individual journeys. Hitlab was a steady supply line for amazing creatives in Nigeria and now all over the world. We have indeed been a creative talent factory.
That’s why I would like to solidify this legacy by announcing the official launch of The Ladayo Bello Foundation. The foundation is setup to cater for various humanitarian Efforts, however, we’ll be starting out with The “Help The Boys Initiative”.
The boy child is often tasked with figuring things out on their own with little help or resources. This initiative is geared towards helping young men find their feet to be able to fend for themselves and their immediate families by giving them a platform for them to excel in whatever career they choose to pursue. We will build a network of Mentors, Educators & Employers to ensure that every young boy that passes through this initiative is well rounded and has been given the highest possible chance to succeed.
I’ll be putting my money where my mouth is by starting this initiative with careers in multimedia.
The goal is to select young men between 18 and 23 years old that have the zeal and potential, train them to be top professionals, provide them with the gear and equipment they need to work and subsequently find job placements or investors for them.
The selection process would be thorough as we have to give boys with the highest potential this opportunity.
I call on any individual, company, NGO, religious body, to support us as we build something unique.
My goal is to look back 10 years from now and see a network of thousands of young men doing really well in their respective careers all connected and affiliated with The Help the boys Initiative. Having transcended from benefactors to educators and now employers, mentors and even investors for the next generation.
